Process:
A Carmichael's staff member will travel to the hospital, physician's office or the patient's home to set up equipment and train the patient and/or caregiver on proper operating procedures for the medical equipment. Through continued correspondence and monitoring, our follow-up program ensures that the patient uses the equipment properly and obtains optimal benefits from the treatment. In addition, we are available 24/7 to answer questions or assist the patient or caregiver.
All of our services are JCAHO accredited. Carmichael's makes the prescribing process easy with customer-friendly service. All phone calls are answered by our highly trained staff - not recordings. We can help arrange for equipment and provide insurance information as well as bill for Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance companies.
