A History Founded in Medicine

Ted and Judy Carmichael established Carmichael's Cashway Pharmacy 33 years ago as a local retail pharmacy in Crowley, Louisiana. Sixteen years ago Carmichael's expanded its services regionally by offering Infusion Therapy and Durable Medical Equipment.

In 1999 we opened a second location in Lafayette, Louisiana, giving us the strength we needed to expand our services statewide. We are presently marketing and providing services to all sixty-seven parishes in Louisiana and also supply nutritional products to The National Kidney Foundation in Kansas and Western Missouri.

Carmichael's Today

We are still an independently owned and operated Pharmacy and Equipment company with a dedicated focus to meet the needs of our service area, medical community, and consumers. Carmichael's employ highly trained registered pharmacists, dietitians and LPNs and we are JCAHO accredited, enabling us to provide the highest level in customer service. Because we are local and our size is small, we are able to meet the unique needs of the medical industry as they arise in a timely and efficient manner. The patient's well-being is our #1 priority.
